AI Does Not Replace Professional Judgment

Our AI Training Commitment
Snap GLR does not use customer-uploaded:

- AI interactions
- Confidential customer information
to train proprietary artificial intelligence models developed by Axonix AI.
Customer information remains customer information.
If this policy changes in the future, Axonix AI will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate notice before implementing such changes.
Third-Party AI Providers
Snap GLR may use third-party artificial intelligence providers to deliver AI functionality. Current or future providers may include services such as:

- Other AI providers selected by Axonix AI
Axonix AI may add, remove, or modify AI providers as technology evolves. When third-party AI services are used, information is processed only as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
Snap GLR uses trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These may include:
Auth0
Used for account authentication and identity management. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Authentication credentials are protected through industry-standard security practices implemented by Auth0. Snap GLR does not have access to users' plaintext passwords.
Supabase
Used for application infrastructure and data services.
Paddle
Merchant of Record for the sale of subscriptions, including payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, and tax compliance. Snap GLR does not store full payment card information.
Google Analytics
Used to understand general platform usage and improve user experience. Analytics information helps us understand trends such as:

Cloud Infrastructure Providers
