Our Approach to Security
Snap GLR is built for insurance professionals who rely on accurate documentation and efficient workflows.
We understand that the information processed through Snap GLR may include estimates, report information, claim-related documentation, and other professional information that requires responsible handling.
Security is considered throughout the design and operation of Snap GLR.
Our approach focuses on:
- Protecting customer information
- Maintaining secure access
- Reducing unnecessary data exposure
- Using trusted technology providers
- Being transparent about our security practices
Protecting Customer Information
Snap GLR processes information provided by users in order to deliver platform functionality, including:
- Report generation
- AI-assisted writing features
- Document workflows
- Account management
- Subscription services
Customer information is handled only as necessary to provide and maintain the Service.
Snap GLR does not sell customer information.
Snap GLR does not use customer-uploaded:
- Estimates
- Claim documentation
- Reports
- Prompts
- AI interactions
to train proprietary AI models developed by Axonix AI.
Infrastructure Security
Snap GLR uses managed cloud technology providers to support application hosting, data storage, authentication, and platform operations.
Our infrastructure approach includes:
- Managed cloud services
- Secure application architecture
- Controlled access to platform systems
- Encrypted data storage
- Security-focused third-party providers
Axonix AI may modify or replace infrastructure providers as the platform evolves.
Current and future providers may include services such as:
- Supabase
- AWS
- Azure
- Other infrastructure providers selected by Axonix AI
Data Encryption
Snap GLR uses encryption technologies designed to protect information during transmission and storage.
Data in Transit
Connections to Snap GLR are protected using HTTPS encryption.
This helps protect information exchanged between users and the platform.
Data at Rest
Customer information stored within Snap GLR infrastructure is maintained using encrypted database services.
Authentication and Account Security
Snap GLR uses Auth0 for identity management and authentication services.
Authentication protections include:
- Secure account authentication
- Password protection through Auth0 security practices
- Google authentication support
- Secure session management
Snap GLR does not store user passwords in plain text.
Snap GLR does not have access to users' plaintext passwords.
Users are responsible for protecting their own login credentials and should avoid sharing account access.
Access Controls
Snap GLR follows the principle of limiting access to customer information based on operational needs.
Access to systems and information is restricted to authorized personnel and services required to operate the platform.
Snap GLR does not provide unnecessary access to customer information.
Audit Logging
Snap GLR maintains audit logging capabilities to support:
- Operational visibility
- Security monitoring
- Troubleshooting
- Investigation of unusual activity
Audit information helps us understand system events and maintain platform integrity.
AI Security and Privacy
Snap GLR uses artificial intelligence to assist users with report creation and workflow efficiency.
AI features may process information provided by users in order to generate requested outputs.
Snap GLR's AI practices include:
- Processing information only as needed to provide AI-assisted features
- Selecting AI providers based on operational and security requirements
- Maintaining transparency regarding AI usage
AI Training Commitment
Customer trust is important.
Snap GLR does not use customer-uploaded:
- Claim files
- Estimates
- Reports
- Prompts
- Generated content
to train proprietary AI models developed by Axonix AI.
If this practice changes in the future, Snap GLR will update applicable policies and provide appropriate notice before implementing changes.
Third-Party Security Providers
Snap GLR relies on trusted third-party providers to support certain platform capabilities.
These may include:
Auth0
Authentication and identity management.
Supabase
Application infrastructure and database services.
Paddle
Merchant of Record for subscription billing, payment processing, and tax compliance.
Snap GLR does not store full payment card information.
AI Providers
Snap GLR may use AI providers such as:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Other providers selected by Axonix AI
Provider selection may change as technology and platform requirements evolve.
Data Retention
Snap GLR retains information only as needed to:
- Provide the Service
- Maintain account functionality
- Support users
- Maintain security
- Meet legal obligations
Snap GLR does not currently provide a formal customer-managed backup service.
Users are encouraged to maintain copies of business-critical documents exported from Snap GLR.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Snap GLR does not currently maintain a separately advertised customer backup or disaster recovery program.
Underlying technology providers may maintain their own operational redundancy or backup capabilities as part of their infrastructure services.
Because backup capabilities may vary by provider and service configuration, users should maintain copies of critical exported documents.
Incident Response
If Snap GLR becomes aware of a security incident affecting customer information, we will take reasonable steps to:
- Investigate the issue
- Determine the scope and impact
- Address security concerns
- Take corrective action
- Provide appropriate notifications when required
Security incidents are evaluated based on applicable legal requirements and the circumstances involved.
