Thank you for using Snap GLR.
Snap GLR is a subscription-based software platform designed to help insurance professionals create, organize, and manage General Loss Reports through structured workflows and AI-assisted tools.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules and expectations for using Snap GLR.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Snap GLR, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Snap GLR is developed and operated by Axonix AI LLC.
1. About Snap GLR
Snap GLR provides tools that allow users to:
- Upload and process Xactimate estimates
- Answer guided, peril-specific questions
- Generate General Loss Reports
- Improve report language using AI-assisted features
- Edit and manage reports
- Export reports in supported formats
- Maintain report history and workflow information
Snap GLR is designed to assist professionals in creating documentation more efficiently.
Snap GLR does not replace professional judgment, investigation, or decision-making.
2. Eligibility
To use Snap GLR, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain control of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
By using Snap GLR, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
You may create an account using:
- Email and password authentication
- Google authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your login information secure
- Not share your account credentials
- Notify Snap GLR if you believe your account has been compromised
- Provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account
Each account is intended for the individual user associated with that account unless otherwise authorized by Snap GLR.
4. Subscription and Payments
Snap GLR is offered through paid subscription plans.
Subscription pricing, features, and availability may change over time. All prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Adjuster Pro is billed at $29.99 USD per month, or $299.00 USD per year. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout by Paddle based on your location.
Each billing period includes a monthly report allowance (75 reports on the monthly plan, 100 on the annual plan; supplements are included in the allowance). Reports created beyond that allowance are billed in arrears at $0.30 USD per additional report on the monthly plan and $0.26 USD on the annual plan.
Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By subscribing to Snap GLR, you authorize Paddle to process payments according to the selected subscription plan. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Snap GLR does not store full payment card information.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the subscription term selected during purchase.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation preferences.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing inside your account, or by emailing support@snapglr.com. No phone call or written notice period is required.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access to your reports and exports until then. It does not renew after that.
Cancellation prevents future billing. Refunds for a charge already taken are handled under the 14-day refund policy below.
Refunds
Axonix AI (operating Snap GLR) offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order date, and we will refund that payment.
Snap GLR also offers a free 3 calendar day trial so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. The trial is in addition to, and does not replace, the 14-day refund window above.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact support@snapglr.com. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies.
5. Customer Content
Your Content Belongs to You
You retain ownership of the information and materials you upload or create within Snap GLR.
This may include:
- Estimates
- Report information
- Claim documentation
- Notes
- Prompts
- Generated reports
- Other content submitted through the Service
Snap GLR does not claim ownership of your Customer Content.
Limited License to Provide the Service
To operate Snap GLR, you grant us a limited right to process your content only as necessary to:
- Store your information
- Generate reports
- Provide AI-assisted functionality
- Maintain platform operations
- Provide customer support
- Improve security and reliability
This permission exists only for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Snap GLR includes artificial intelligence-assisted functionality.
AI features may assist with:
- Writing improvements
- Report organization
- Narrative generation
- Workflow efficiency
AI Does Not Replace Professional Judgment
Snap GLR is a productivity tool.
It does not:
- Make insurance coverage decisions
- Determine claim outcomes
- Replace licensed professionals
- Provide legal advice
- Provide insurance advice
Users remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on, submitting, or distributing it.
AI Output Accuracy
Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results.
You agree to review AI-generated content and verify accuracy before use.
Snap GLR should be considered an assistance tool—not a replacement for professional review.
7. Responsible Use of Snap GLR
You agree to use Snap GLR responsibly and lawfully.
You may not:
- Use Snap GLR for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
- Scrape, copy, or extract platform data without authorization
- Resell access to Snap GLR without permission
- Share account credentials
- Circumvent security protections
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse AI functionality
- Use Snap GLR to create harmful or fraudulent content
8. Professional Responsibility
Snap GLR assists with documentation workflows.
Users remain responsible for:
- Information they upload
- Accuracy of reports
- Professional conclusions
- Coverage-related decisions
- Compliance with applicable professional obligations
Snap GLR does not verify the accuracy of uploaded information or independently validate claim facts.
9. Intellectual Property
Snap GLR Ownership
Snap GLR, including its software, design, features, workflows, technology, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by Axonix AI LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Snap GLR without written permission.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of your Customer Content.
Your use of Snap GLR does not transfer ownership of your documents, reports, or other submitted materials to Axonix AI.
10. Third-Party Services
Snap GLR relies on third-party services to operate certain features.
These may include:
- Auth0 for authentication
- Paddle as Merchant of Record for payment processing, subscription billing, and tax compliance
- Supabase for platform infrastructure
- Google services
- AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers selected by Axonix AI
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Axonix AI may modify or replace service providers as the platform evolves.
11. Availability of the Service
We work to keep Snap GLR reliable and available.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- That every feature will always remain unchanged
- That the Service will meet every user's specific requirements
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.
12. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect Snap GLR and customer information.
Security practices are described in our Security documentation.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining secure account practices, including protecting login credentials.
13. Termination
You may stop using Snap GLR at any time.
Snap GLR may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Misuses the Service
- Creates security risks
- Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity
Where appropriate, we will provide notice before termination.
14. Disclaimers
Snap GLR is provided on an "as available" basis.
While we strive to provide a reliable and useful platform, we do not guarantee that:
- AI-generated content will always be accurate
- Reports will be suitable for every situation
- The Service will satisfy every professional requirement
Users remain responsible for their professional decisions and use of generated content.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axonix AI LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of Snap GLR.
This includes losses related to:
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Reliance on AI-generated content
- Professional decisions made using the Service
16. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless Axonix AI LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of Snap GLR
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your Customer Content
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes relating to Snap GLR will be handled according to applicable laws and appropriate courts located within Texas unless otherwise required by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
Snap GLR may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
When changes are made, we will update:
- Version number
- Effective date
- Last updated date
Material changes may be communicated through the Service or other appropriate methods.
